As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant to Smarter Risk that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is (1) unlawful or wrongful, (2) prohibited by our Terms of Service, (3) part of a scheme or plan to commit insurance fraud, or (4) a violation of any criminal or civil statute, code, or regulation of a federal, national, state or local jurisdiction, government, or agency.
